Once all the beautiful materials and colours are chosen, the documentation phase is the crucial process of clearly articulating the specifications and affirm that all details have been carefully considered.

We provide comprehensive paperwork that allow for ease of construction and are a subcontractor’s field guide on what materials to use, how to install them and inclusive of supporting images.

CONCEPT MOOD BOARDS

Materiality is primordial, but the feelings and emotions of good design can be difficult to convey through words alone.

A well-organized board is a powerful tool to solidify the design concept and pinpoint the interiors direction. It is a visual & tactile experience that uses colour, surfaces and imagery to turn an abstract idea into a real one.

We often start with a considered selection of the hero piece, followed by the addition of complementary items to build on the impact without detracting from the leading element – all parts working in unison.

Another benefit of this idea conceptualization, is that it can be used as a vision reference throughout the project.
